How do I sign up?

Simply go to the “Membership” page of our site and choose which fitness package you want to sign up for. After filling in the registration form you will be brought to a secured page to complete your payment.

What is the pre camp evaluation?

Pre Camp Evaluation includes the following:

1) An introduction to East Texas Fitness and a short medical history review.

2) Once you are registered for your class, you will soon be contacted by an East Texas Fitness staff member who will welcome you and help you get ready for your first class!

3) A few simple measurements will be taken to see where you’re at prior to your first class (we will also record your weight and body fat percentage). [Don’t worry, numbers & all information will be strictly confidential and stored safely. Remember that these numbers represent numbers of the past. You will soon be amazed at how quickly you earn results and improve in your strength!]


What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set of 5 or 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

Will I be sore after Boot Camp?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. There are some people who need a little push to jump start reaching their fitness goals. There are also some who need some extra challenge and accountability. No matter who you are or where your fitness level is at, you are welcome here!

Is there a return policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

What is a typical day like at camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a member go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different.

What will I do after camp is over?

You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. East Texas Fitness takes pride in our ongoing fitness programs and classes. You will have the amazing opportunity to continue your success with perfectly designed fitness classes!
