WHAT IS EAST TEXAS FITNESS ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP?

An indoor/outdoor motivational and physical training program for Women and Men of all ages and fitness levels. Each boot camp class is individually designed and led by one of our fully certified Adventure Boot Camp Fitness Trainers.
